All orders are processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

• Major Cities: 3–5 working days

• Other Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders.

Courier Partners:
We use reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information. 

Damaged or Lost Parcels:
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours with your order details and images. We will assist you accordingly.
